    ALL DEPOSITS ARE DUE BY 08/31/08. This deposit will allow us to reserve and plan events. Your deposit is $100.00 per person. The website will apply an 8% surcharge per ticket. Please keep in mind your deposit goes towards the total amount of events for the weekend. Please see "Event Details" page. This does not include the cost of your hotel room. The balance will need to be paid by April 30th 2009. You will receive a receipt with your balance once deposit is paid. Your new balance will include the cost of the t-shirt.
